NAM Sales Training

August, 2018 – A 4-day training workshop was held for Nagoya Automobile Malaysia’s (NAM) sales staff, at the Aichi Daihatsu Nishio store.

The training curriculum focused on the principles, standard procedures and customer service practices implemented at our outlets in Japan.

As NAM is intended to be a “Japanese-Malaysian Hybrid Model Outlet”, the training workshop will be instrumental in establishing stronger synergy between the sales and service departments.

At the closing ceremony, Mr. Tsubouchi (President of Aichi Daihatsu) awarded the completion certificates and souvenirs to each of the 4 participants.
